Bollywood’s Superstar Salman Khan aka ‘Bhai’ never fails to show up in the news be it with regard to his Blackbuck poaching, rash driving, Pooja Mishra and now assault.
Recently, a TV journalist named Ashok Pandey has made a complaint against him and his bodyguard in the court by filing an FIR stating that he (Bhai) has allegedly assaulted him after he tried to film the actor who was riding a bicycle.
The complaint has been made in the court of RR khan, Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Andheri, under IPC sections 323 ( causing hurt), 392 (robbery), and 506 ( criminal intimidation).
”The matter will come up for hearing on July 12. AT that time, the court will decide whether the police will be directed to conduct an investigation, or issue summons to the accused”, Gupta told IANS. He adds more by stating that permission has been taken from two bodyguards to film khan which they agreed to but when he started shooting the grudged against his car and started assaulting him. Bhai himself offered his Bhaigiri (bossy) by joining the assault by snatching his mobile phone in order to delete important data from it.
The journalist is now appealing to the police to carry forward a detail inquiry in the matter and take necessary action under the law.
