Capturing Great American Eclipse from 39000 feet and Southwest Airlines

Jon Carmichael is a photographer. He was thrilled and determined to capture Great American Eclipse, which occurred on 21st August, 2017. He contacted Southwest Airlines, showed them his previous works and explained his enthusiasm for the Eclipse. The rest was history.

This truly was an amazing experience. It describe the limit Southwest Airlines can go to satisfy the customers. A lesson for all airlines for their dedication to serve each and every customer. Customer Service Redefined.
