Pregnant or not this food is really healthy but, this food is really very good for pregnant ladies as it helps with  breast enlargement and delivery : Hormonal imbalances sometimes can cause disproportionate breast enlargement during pregnancy. Methi leaver are native to southern Europe and Asia and are an erect annual herb, leaves are strongly aromatic and flavoured.

Main ingredient
Methi leaves(chopped)
Mustard Oil (3-4 teaspoon)
Cumin (1/2 T-spoon)
Bay leaf(2)
Clove(2)
Cardamom(2)
Cinnamon(1)
Garlic & Ginger( paste 1T-spoon )
Green chilli(1)
Onion (1 choped)
Red chilli power (optional)
Turmeric (1/2 T-spoon)
Coriander power(1 T-spoon)
Tomato( 1-paste)
Garam masala(1 T-spoon)
Fresh cream
Milk(optional) or Water(as much requriment)
Salt(as per test)
Sugar(1/4 T-spoon)
Asafoetida (1 pinch)
First of all chop the methi leaves and soak in water for 10minute at least adding salt(1/2 T-spoon). Now squeeze them and saute for 2 minute and keep aside. Take a big kadhai and add oil, after heating the oil add cumin seed, Asafoetida, bay leaf, cloves, coradomom, chopped onion, Garlic and Ginger paste, coriander power, salt, sauté for minute and add tomato paste sauté well till  the oil separates. Next is adding Methi, Sugar, again sauté for a minute then add milk or water (as per your choice) according to density of your gravy. Add fresh heavy cream for making tasty methi malai Panner and mix it well. Add Panner cube as you want fried or non fried and mix well. Now add gram masala for better taste. Next is nothing, Your Methi Malai Paneer is ready to be served.
