Obesity is on the rise with the increase in the fast food chain business. In the primitive age, food was consumed for the purpose of survival but today foods are consumed keeping in mind the taste preferences.

We ordinarily forget that today the food we consume contains plenty of unfavorable chemical components. These food built toxins within our body thus making us gain weight more easily.
