Why depend on the heavy cosmetic industry when we have Goddess Venus in the shape of ‘salt’. You read it right, it’s Salt’.

Remember your elders giving you health-related pieces of advice as to how much one needs to consume salt and countless concerns on ‘why the salt intake is injurious to health.’ True that! But did you know that you can use salt in the external parts of your body especially on your skin, hair, teeth, and nails? Most of the time we presume it might affect our external too but, what if I tell you that there is a therapy known as ‘Salt therapy’ also called halotherapy. This therapy has been there for a hundred years.
