The attack comes just a day after the fifth death anniversary of Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru. He was hanged inside Delhi’s Tihar Jail. The attacks also caused an uproar in the assembly, with the oppositin going guns against the ruling party for destroying the conditions in the state.
