It has been decided that both the centre and the state laws will be in force till October 30 and the 106 central laws would come into full force in the state from October 31, 2019.

This move has been decided on Tuesday’s inter-ministerial meeting in the Home Ministry over the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019 that discussed the implementation of Central schemes in the state and the steps taken so far for return to normalcy in Kashmir Valley.
The labour minister has proposed to build a new hospital by Employees State Insurance Corporation for providing health facilities to its subscribers in the state.
The central government will also be implementing the Aadhar Act, 2016 for the direct transfer of various benefits and subsidies to the people in the state.
