The Wire v/s Shah duo:
According to the published piece by news portal “the Wire”, on 8 of October 2017, allegations against Jay shah, son of BJP chief Amit Shah was put on the grounds that after the drastic step of Demonetisation, Jay’s business grew enormously.
It has been accused that since current Prime Minister of the country came into the action from 2014, Jay Shah’s work expanded in 16,000-folds unexpectedly.
This article is held responsible for various political storms which include the firm and RSS. This growth is claimed to be the outcome of corruption and Congress blame Narendra Modi and Demonetisation for the so-called ‘conspiracy’.
On 14 of October, RSS General Secretary, Suresh Bhaiyyaji Joshi stated that no individual or organization can accuse Shah’s on any grounds until an official announcement is made. It’s court’s responsibility to dig the soil and study the root. He also said that if this expansion is a result of corruption then Jay Shah won’t have courage for defamation suing against The Wire.
The Wire statement: “The Wire was neither served notice nor given an opportunity to be heard before this ex-parte injunction was sought and granted”.
