A case has been registered against Bahujan Samaj Party’s MP from Bijnor, Maluk Nagar under sections 420 and 406 in the Economic Offenses Wing, New Delhi. Besides Maluk Nagar, 3 more people Ajay Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar and Manoj Kumar Ray are also accused of rigging crores in the fraud case. It is alleged that these four persons have committed fraud of crores through Noida-based real estate company AIIMS Max Gardenia Developer Private Limited.
According to the allegations, Malook Nagar owes Rs 1000 crore to the Noida Development Authority, which Nagar has wrongly defrauded the authority by putting in its other projects. It is alleged that despite much efforts, the Noida Authority BSP has failed to recover this money from the Parliament.
Complainant Kuldeep Narotra alleges that Malook Nagar, using his position, money and influence, has created wealth in many cities of Mumbai as well as abroad. According to the complainant, if the fraud done by the MP is properly investigated, then many big scams will come out.
According to the suit filed by construction company JMD Limited, BSP Parliament along with 3 other associates started AIIMS Max Gardenia Developer Pvt Ltd in Noida with its office at Vinobapuri, Delhi. It is alleged that the four directors of the company, including Maluk Nagar, met the managing director of JMD, Mr Sunil Bedi proposed a deal of around 2 acres commercial land in Eco City situated in Sector 75 by the Noida Authority.
The company proposed to lease about 2 acres of commercial land in Eco-City to JMD. The land deal was fixed at a price of Rs 2500 / – sq ft for Rs 65.34 crore. Out of which Rs 15 crore was paid by JMD to AIMS. Since payment, AIMS was delaying in giving the documents of the lease. When JMD approached the Noida Authority, they found that AIMS have not even applied for the lease. On the other hand, AIMS have given advertisements in newspapers to sell shops built on that 2-acre land. After which JMD lodged a complaint of this fraud in the Economic Offenses Wing.
It is to be noted that BSP MP Malook Nagar has been a member of Lok Sabha since 2009. Before Bijnor, he was elected from Meerut on BSP ticket.
